Players can join the OPA for free, but must accept the
Players Code of Ethics:
- § Not to open multiple accounts at a casino
- § Use your own registered credit cards
- § Refrain from spamming a casino.
Basic code of ethics for casino members
To be the member of the OPA the casino should:
- § Maintain a gaming license in an authorized
gaming jurisdiction
- § Protect customer privacy and confidentiality.
- § Truth in advertising.
- § Keep and make available detailed transaction and
wagering logs for dispute resolution.
- § Provide rapid response to customer's queries.
- § Publish clear and unambiguous terms and
condition for deposits, withdrawals and promotional
offers.
How can you get a OPA approved logo ?
The approval of a new casino is based on the opinion of
OPA executive committee consisting of 60 members
worldwide. The list of casinos which entitled to carry OPA
approval logo you can find on the OPA website.
They also maintain the Public list of OPA not recommended
casinos which have consistently cheated on their players
by using rigged software or by not paying out winnings.
Dispute resolution
The OPA recommends to play at OPA approved casinos.
Nevertheless, You can file a dispute using the OPA dispute
facility against any casino you are having problems with
if it is not listed on the Not Recommended Casino List
